About the Promotion
The ExitLag + Norton promotion offers eligible users the opportunity to purchase a promotional annual plan (12 months) that combines an ExitLag subscription with a digital license for the Norton 360 for Gamers product.
The Norton license will be made available to eligible customers after payment confirmation and compliance with the conditions established in these terms.

The promotional bundle may be purchased by users who, at the time of purchase:
Are new ExitLag customers; or
Do not have an active ExitLag subscription.
Available upgrade:
Solo Monthly and Quarterly plans can be upgraded to the Norton + ExitLag Annual Plan.
Important — Upgrade unavailable for:
Annual Solo, Duo, and Squad plans.
The Norton license will only be granted upon purchase of the ExitLag + Norton annual plan.
Eligibility will be automatically validated during the purchase process.
How to Purchase
The bundle may be purchased through official ExitLag channels, including:

Logged-in “My Account” area;
Other official channels that may be announced.
How to Activate the Norton License
After purchase confirmation:
Access the ExitLag benefits area;
Find the Norton benefit and click “See More”;
Click on the available activation link;
You will be redirected to the Norton environment;
Register using the same email address used to purchase ExitLag;
After completing the registration, the license will be activated according to Norton’s rules.
Activation depends on correctly filling in the information requested by Norton.

Additional features compatible with the user’s region and device
Some features may vary depending on country, language, operating system, or Norton’s technical availability.
Cancellation and Refund
Users may request a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase.
After refund approval:
the ExitLag subscription may be canceled; and
the promotional Norton license may be suspended, canceled, or invalidated.
Refund requests made after the 7 (seven) day period will not be refunded.

The promotion:
is subject to license/stock availability;
may not be available in certain countries due to regulatory or commercial reasons;
may be terminated, modified, or suspended at any time, while respecting completed purchases.

When activating the Norton license, users may provide data directly to Norton, which will process such information according to its own privacy policies and terms of use.
ExitLag will process data related to subscription purchase and management according to its privacy policy.
