This will depend on the game. In some games, we have the All Regions option enabled. In that case, you just need to select this option and apply the routes.
Now, if your game doesn't have the All Regions option, you'll need to select the server your game is hosted on. That done, just select the server in ExitLag and click on apply the routes to improve your connection.
