How do I renew my plan?

When selecting a subscription plan with ExitLag, depending on how you make the payment, renewal may be automatic. Let's check together in the list below.

 

If you pay with the following methods, your renewal will be automatic. In other words, at the end of the subscription period, a new charge will be made, regardless of the plan selected:

  • Subscriptions made with Credit Card (directly on the ExitLag page),
  • Subscriptions made through PayPal.

 

On the other hand, if your subscription is made with these other methods, your renewal will not be automatic. In other words, at the end of the subscription period, no new charge will be generated, and your access will be interrupted until you choose a new plan or purchase a new prepaid code.

  • Subscriptions made through PIX (exclusive to Brazil),
  • Subscriptions activated by Prepaid Codes (offered by global partners),
  • Subscriptions made through Paymentwall.

 

In cases of automatic renewal, considering that this agreement was agreed in the Terms of Service, to which all users declare to read and agree upon creating an account, we do not offer refunds for subscription renewal payments.
