If you enjoy MMORPGs, the South American community just reached a historic milestone. Pearl Abyss officially kicked off the celebrations for 9 years of Black Desert on the regional server with free rewards.
In the following lines, you will check out the commemorative coupon code, enhancement rewards, and the new dance inspired by Brazilian urban culture.
What does the 9 years of Black Desert celebration bring?
The 9 years of Black Desert celebration on the South American server arrived on July 12. The milestone brought a statement from Jeseok Jang, Director of Live Service, exclusive enhancement rewards, a commemorative coupon, a live stream, and the new “No Passinho” dance.
The team prepared in-game and out-of-game novelties to give back to the players. The celebrations include special streams, community art contests, and an item bundle that speeds up any character’s progression.
World records and the strength of the South American community
The regional community is known for its unique engagement. It was on the South American server that a player reached level 70 in the game before anyone else in the world. In-person events such as the Adventurer’s Oasis in São Paulo also made history with cosplays and unforgettable moments.

To give back to the community’s support in Black Desert SA, the developer released a commemorative code packed with valuable items. The major cultural highlight is the arrival of the “[Dance] No Passinho” emote, created in honor of South American street dance.
