The Fatalis Flora skin line is set to arrive in League of Legends alongside patch 25.20 on October 8th.
As the League of Legends Worlds 2025 approaches, players eagerly await announcements about new skins and in-game items released specifically around this time of year. The response from Riot Games, the game’s developer, was quick, arriving with the announcement of a new skin line, Fatalis Flora. Fatalis Flora 2025
Following the theme of this year’s seasons, but with a hint of Halloween, the new skin line was named Fatalis Flora. The new additions, scheduled to be available on October 8th with patch 25.20, bring unique visuals for three champions who hadn’t received new looks in some time. The champions receiving the new visuals are: Fiddlesticks, Lissandra, and Soraka.
The new skins, which will arrive in the store for 1350 RP each (approximately R$41.90). Feature floral inspiration and are reminiscent of the color scheme of the Elderwood skin line. Speaking personally, as a big fan of the Elderwood skins. The Fatalis Flora ones add a more somber look by darkening the purple tones a bit. Giving a slight touch of terror to the new visuals, which is welcome around this time of year.
Despite the proximity to Halloween, and knowing that this theme is one of the most requested by players. It’s still not possible to confirm that the Fatalis Flora skins will be the “horror” skins of 2025.
A mix of excitement and criticism
Apparently, a portion of the community had a similar perception. But they didn’t hold back in criticizing the new skins. Stating that they look like mere rehashes of lines such as Spirit Blossom and Elderwood.
However, comments shared on X (formerly Twitter) and in Trends revealed that the visuals pleased players. Especially Fiddlesticks fans, who praised not only the new theme. But also how the look was integrated into the character to emphasize his “aura of horror” within the game.
The Fatalis Flora skins for Soraka and Lissandra also received praise and were even the target of community challenges. In some posts made by Riot Games, you can see players challenging cosplayers to recreate the characters’ looks. Which are undoubtedly the darkest versions we’ve seen of them.
It’s worth remembering that, in addition to the Fatalis Flora skins, the League of Legends Worlds update patch will feature other exclusive seasonal content and a new round of champion balance changes.
