Champion adjustments

Champion select optimization
LoL patch 25.23 also focused on quality-of-life improvements. Champion select has been optimized to be faster. Thus, the Introduction animation was reduced from 10s to 5s.
Consequently, Pre-select was shortened from 15s to 7s. The Ban phase decreased from 30s to 25s. In total, the complete Pick phase was reduced from 3 minutes to 2.5 minutes. Each individual pick now takes 25s. Nevertheless, the AFK check and Loading screen remain unchanged.
